BootBOX

3 individual sessions in one, try them all or pick your favourite, do as much as you like as many times as you like. Each session is 10 minutes long, when you can either change the group you’re on or repeat. They are split into Core, Boxercise and Circuit/HIIT groups. Using equipment such as Kettlebells, Ropes, Weights, Fit Balls and more.

BOXERCISE

Using elements of boxing training, a combination of punching pads with circuit and core-based activities for a fun social high intensity workout.

BOOTCAMP / CIRCUITS

Each session uses a range of techniques aimed at improving, Strength, Endurance, Cardiovascular Fitness and Core Strength. Using weights, TRX, Boxing, Bars, Battle Ropes, Kettlebells and much more, to give an all over body workout.

HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training aimed at working the heart and lungs hard. To increase Cardiovascular Fitness, muscular endurance and core strength.

CoreHIIT

Using HIIT and Core as a combination class. High Intensity Cardiovascular work as well as Targeted Core exercises, using a range of equipment to give a to give a workout for the whole body.
